The Situation

The fleet was never the problem

19 years built a fleet of 30+ machines and a reputation strong enough to keep them mostly busy. But "mostly" was quietly costing them a third of their capacity.

The Real Problem

For 19 years, growth came entirely through word of mouth — one project leading to the next, one contractor recommending them to another. It worked, until it plateaued. Anyone outside that existing circle had no way to find them, and no way to know 30+ machines were sitting there, ready.
